None of this matters now that @gavinnewsom legally emancipated all children 12+ in the state by signing #AB665 into law and allowing them to run away from home into government custody for ANY reason without notice to parents. None of it.

But WOOHOO! Gavin’s pretending he cares about the Law + Constitution by vetoing a redundant bill that duplicated existing criminal laws / protections, while unequivocally violating well-established, fundamental rights to speak freely, assemble + petition the gov for redress of grievances (1st Am), to receive notice + an opportunity to be heard before your rights are stripped (14th Am), etc.
