The Silver Bullet
You fear sending your child to school, into public bathrooms, onto the playing field, out in the World. WE HAVE THE SOLUTION FOR YOU.
Since Summer of last year, we have been working with a dedicated team of people committed to protecting children, not just in California, but throughout the World. This team — called the Protect Kids of California Executive Team — has dedicated thousands of hours (and dollars) to developing the Silver Bullet to every Californian parents’ / guardians’ nightmares: the Protect Kids of CA Ballot Initiative.
Why an Initiative?
When your elected (“elected”) representatives will not only not stand up for you, but are actually attacking you — and children — then you have no other option that to stand up for yourself. A ballot initiative is just that: it is “We The People’s” last resort, a way California citizens can propose laws and constitutional amendments without the support of the Governor or the Legislature.
Given that we are under attack by California legislators such as Senators Scott Wiener, Anthony Portantino, Tom Umberg, Nancy Skinner, Anna Caballero, and Angelique Ashby, and Assemblypeople Mia Bonta, Cecilia Aguiar-Curry, Evan Low, Wendy Carrillo, Lori Wilson, Matt Haney, and Corey Jackson, ETC. who have been passing laws to make our state less stable and more dangerous, and to alienate children from their parents and guardians to make them wards (property) of the State, and “the Good Ones” (e.g. Assemblypeople Bill Essayli, Kate Sanchez, and Joe Patterson and Senators Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh and Shannon Grove) cannot protect us because their bills are not even being given hearings and — when they are — they are being killed upon entry — we had no other choice than to #RiseUp to protect ourselves. And so we did.
Protect Kids of California Act of 2024
The PKCA Initiative is simple: return California to biological and scientific #Truth and #reality, and protect kids. The initiative will do this so by enacting three laws that will:
Stop schools from keeping secrets from parents.
Ban gender affirming care for children (minors under the age of 18).
Return “safe spaces” (bathrooms, locker rooms) and sports to being sex-based.
Will it work?
For the first time in a long time I can say: Yes. How? Because three independent polls — the results of which are on the main page of our website — showed that across all political parties, a majority of California voters want laws that will:
Notify parents of kids wanting to socially transition at school.
Require student athletes to only play on sports teams matching their biological sex.
Protect children from puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and transgender surgeries.
The Initiative will do all three, and more.
So how do we make this happen?
Simple: gather 100 signatures by April 8.
We need to gather just under 550,000 valid signatures in order for our PKCA Initiative to show up on the November 2024 or 2026 ballot (if we do not make the 2024 cut-off). If each one of us in our FLTJ community of over 60,000 gather 100 in 4 weeks, we will be well on our way.
How do I gather my 100 signatures?
Go to https://protectkidsca.com and download the “Petition Package” from the main page.
We prepared a “packet” for you with pertinent information, QR codes, labels, written instructions, Petition, etc. The Petition, itself, is only the last 3-4 pages of the packet (depending on whether you print double or singled sided). Locate these and staple them together immediately. This is the Petition that you will have people sign and then send to us.
Note: anyone 18 and older and a citizen of the U.S. can help gather signatures.
Note: only registered California voters can sign, regardless of where they live.
Anyone anywhere in the U.S. can donate here.
Print one Petition per county where your friends and family are registered to vote.
E.g. I have family in OC, SD, and LA. If I am going to a family gathering and want to collect signatures, I will take 3 Petitions with me, one for my relatives in SD sign, one for my relatives in OC to sign, etc.
Print the “Top Funders Page.”
It is required that you at least have it on you in order for your signatures to be valid.
Download the current Top Funders page here.
Have the signor complete (in his or her own handwriting, not someone else filling out their information for them and them signing (like a mom or wife, etc.)) using blue or black ink the following information:
Full name, NO initials,
Full address: street number, street, city ZIP,
Signature in the box only, no dipping into the box above or below or into first or last column. If someone dips into another person’s box, move on to the next boxes. It is ok to have incomplete,, just nothing in the columns.
No erasable pens, no pencils.
Not nice ballpoint pens bleed through and could invalidate signatures on the back.
Once the Signature Gatherer has collected as many signatures as possible (not every box has to be completed) s/he must complete and sign the “Declaration” at the bottom of the last page:
Full name,
Full address,
Dates during which collected signatures (e.g. 1/12/24 to 2/8/24 or even one date, 3/13/24),
Date and City they are signing the declaration,
Signature
Once as many signatures are gathered, the County is filled in, no one has written in the last column, and the declaration has been completed and signed by the gatherer, mail the petition(s) to the address at the bottom of the last signature page: 8690 Sierra College Blvd., Suite 160, Box 381, Roseville, CA 95661
These instructions and the entire PKCA Toolkit with all of the resources you need to gather signatures is being updated on the FLTJ Resources page. Keep your eyes open for the next SUBSTACK blast with the link to use + share to help us reach our goal.

I am a church / 501c3, I am scared to help. Can I?
Yes. Tax-exempt, non-profit organizations established under IRC § 501(c)(3) may engage in lobbying so long as it is an “insubstantial part” of their overall activity and expenditures. This rule includes churches. There is no definite percentage that constitutes “insubstantial,” but to ensure compliance, we recommend that churches and other religious non-profits spend no more than 5 percent of their total time and resource on lobbying. This would include advocacy for or against specific legislation, signature-gathering, and voter registration.
Here are two resources from our partners confirming this:
There really isn’t much left to say other than this:
As the World abandons this diabolical agenda and its own experts admit it is not even science based and cruel, CA and the US continue to double-down on it.
The PKCA Ballot Initiative is the Silver Bullet to all the chaos and mayhem that has been keeping you up at night worrying about children.
See you on this Hill.
