I was a co-founder & Chairman of the original California Chapter of Children's Health Defense. We were so proud to prevail in this lawsuit. It's only fair that the judge award the legal fees back, as LAUSD broke the law and no one should have to raise funds and take an organization to court for breaking the law, but sometimes it's the only way. I'm so proud of Nicole and the entire FLTJ law team! They rock!!
